Lesson 2
Building on lesson 1, which covered some of the most basic of basics when it comes to verb grammar and particles, lesson 2 expands on this knowledge by introducing some more common particles, essential verbs and verb conjugations, and a few grammar constructions.
Topics covered in this lesson are:
- Particles: が (weak but), か (question marker), を (direct object), に (indirect verb object), へ (direction), に (location, again), で (location of verb action)
- Verb conjugation: past tense and verbal adjectives
- The complete plain/polite-affirmative/negative-present/past tense scheme for any verb
- The complete plain/polite-affirmative/negative-present/past tense scheme for any verbal adjective
- The complete plain/polite-affirmative/negative-present/past tense scheme for です
- Phrase grammar: pronouns
